Grievance

  • A software package has been developed allowing the citizens a user-friendly access to the Municipal Corporation.
  • In addition to this, an integrated system has been designated to accept the grievance by any mode viz., Internet, Call Centre, Citizen Service Centre and Commissioner's Office.
  • Public can file their grievances and know their grievance status on website.
  • Several MIS reports have been developed in order to ensure proper and timely redressal of the grievances.
  • GHMC has tied up with a private agency and is providing call center services to clear civic problems on dialing 155304/040-23221978
  • The status of the complaint can also be verified on the website.
