A
software package has been developed allowing the citizens a user-friendly
access to the Municipal Corporation.
In
addition to this, an integrated system has been designated to
accept the grievance by any mode viz., Internet, Call Centre,
Citizen Service Centre and Commissioner's Office.
Public
can file their grievances and know their grievance status on website.
Several
MIS reports have been developed in order to ensure proper and
timely redressal of the grievances.
GHMC
has tied up with a private agency and is providing call center
services to clear civic problems on dialing 155304/040-23221978
